Holds a post doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná - PUCPR in collaboration with McMaster University - MMRI McMaster Manufacturing Research Institute (Canada). He is currently an assistant professor and researcher at McMaster University.
