Sharing experiences: PUCPR students host event activity for PUCPR Institutional Identity Department
PUCPR’s Institutional Identity Department promoted the first edition of the Winter Festival from July 20 to 24. The event consisted of several online workshops, hosted by many notable guests from Brazil.
On July 20, Matteo Bronzini – a PUCPR exchange student from Università Degli Studi Di Bergamo (Italy) – and Nailia Franco – a PUCPR Law School student, and exchange student in Chile – hosted the event activity “What is the language of your solidarity?” during the “Festival de Inverno“, with the participation of Kaysar Dadour, a Syrian migrant who came to Brazil looking for a better life condition – and that also became very famous after his participation on a national reality show. They talked about their experiences in other countries, how other cultures welcomed them and what difficulties were faced by them during their stay in a foreign territory. The event was a success and was attended by over 120 people, including PUCPR students, PUCPR employees, Católica SC students (partner institution), and external audience.
