PUCPR Business School earns AACSB International Accreditation
Founded in 1916, AACSB is a US-based association that provides one of the most prestigious international accreditations for business schools worldwide
The PUCPR Business School earned accreditation by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), becoming the 5th accredited Business School in Brazil. Founded in 1916, AACSB provides internationally recognized certification for Business programs at the Bachelor, Master’s, and Doctoral levels. The result was officially announced by the AACSB on November 16th, 2021
The accreditation process is voluntary, nongovernmental, and includes an external review of a School’s ability to deliver high-quality programs. Business School – PUCPR was evaluated under 15 standards that address the mission, impact, and innovation, intellectual contribution, financial strategies and resource allocation, admission, progression and career development of students, sufficiency, development, and management of the faculty, support to faculty and administrative staff, curriculum management and assurance of student’s learning. A total of 926 institutions across 60 countries and territories have earned AACSB accreditation in business.
