Cultural Program Between Kake Institute, PUCPR, and UFPR celebrates 40 years
For over four decades, the cultural exchange program between the Kake Institute, PUCPR, and Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) has fostered invaluable connections between Japanese and Brazilian students.
Now celebrating its 40th anniversary, this traditional program continues to promote cultural awareness and strengthen bonds between the two nations. Through this initiative, students from both countries embark on a life-changing experience, immersed in each other’s cultures for several weeks.
The program offers participants a unique opportunity to understand cultural diversity better while building global perspectives. Students engage in various activities, including academic exchanges, cultural visits, and interactive experiences highlighting Brazil’s and Japan’s heritage, values, and traditions.
