The PUCPR School of Education and Humanities has launched a brand-new class with topics on “Philosophical, Theological, Educational, and Human Rights Perspectives on the Common World,” taught half in French, half Portuguese. This class aims to exercise oral and written expressions of the French language from an interdisciplinary perspective. It also aims to critically discuss the significant challenges for the constitution of an everyday world in contemporary times, pinpointing educational inequalities, religious divisions, disrespect for human rights, and intolerances towards the plurality of lifestyles. And last, the course aims to point out possible ethical policies to face such challenges constructively.
